Meet your hosts
Enicia Fisher, M.Ed., E-RYT 500

Enicia loves sharing inspiring and transformational experiences with people through yoga, meditation, sacred ceremony, and time in nature. She felt a deep spiritual connection to the Tulum and the Mayan Riviera during her first visit to the region in 2012, and in 2015 she started leading multiple healing retreats there each year. She is founder of Sanadora Yoga International Teacher Training Program, and leads Heart Alignment Yoga and "heartfulness" meditation with an emphasis on spiritual heart qualities and life-affirming yoga philosophy that inspires people to live with a deeper connection to their own heart and spirit.

Paolo Ruben

Retreat Chef and Ceremony Facilitator Paolo Ruben is from Chiapas, Mexico, and loves to share the culture and spiritual teachings of his Mayan homeland. He creates colorful, delicious, and healthy homemade food—everything hand-crafted with fresh local ingredients and lots of love. An internationally certified Temazcalero in the Anahuaca traditions, Paolo facilitates sacred ceremony for our retreat, offers magical sound journeys with a variety of musical instruments, and shares his love of the region where he has lived for much of the last seven years.

Enicia and Paolo have led ten Tulum, Mayan Riviera retreats together since 2015 and love to share their “spiritual home” with others.

Giving Back

In addition to providing you with a quality, transformative, blissful retreat experience, we give back in meaningful ways to the local community and the planet. We enjoy a sweet service relationship with a neighboring Mayan village school where we have offered literacy, math, art, music, yoga, ecology and nutrition programs and helped the kids plant a permaculture community garden which we began in 2015.

We strive to embrace and promote sustainable living and appreciation for nature with everything we do. We source our food and wellness supplies locally and organically whenever possible, and we are dedicated to sustainable development as we grow.
